How long have you been in real estate?

I’m working on my 7th year as a licensed REALTOR®.


Do you have any designations or certifications that are relevant to my needs?

I am a licensed REALTOR®.

I have certification as an Accredited Home-Staging Specialist®.

I am a graduate of the Coldwell Banker Preferred Boot Camp and the Schlicher-Kratz Real Estate Institute.


About how many of properties you have sold have been representing sellers? Buyers?

About half and half. I love working in all areas of my industry.


Are you rated in any online ratings systems? If so, which ones?

I am ranked as a 5-Star Zillow Premier Agent and I have an additional 30+ Client Recommendations on my website.


Do you have professional resources to provide help when you need it (such as the professional association, attorney, or brokerage resources)?

My brokerage is owned by the largest national brokerage, NRT, which means I have tremendous support backing me and in-turn my clients.  Coldwell Banker Preferred has long-standing affiliations with several services including; mortgage, title, insurance and relocation services.  I also pay annually into our Real Estate Recovery Fund providing further protection for my clients.

I am also a long-standing member of Suburban West REALTORS® Association, Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®.


Do you have a network of professionals and service providers who can assist with my buying or selling needs (such as the landscapers, inspectors, lenders, etc.)?

I have developed my own Contractor Referral List detailing 100+ trusted resources I work with and share with all my clients.


Describe any relevant prior career experience outside of real estate.

I’ve been working since I was 12 years old, so I am certainly an independent go-getter.

I started my own interior design business when I was 19 years old and developed it over 12+ years all while graduating college with honors. In 2011 my business transitioned very successfully into real estate. 

My grandfather supported 5 kids through his Real Estate brokerage, my father has been a Contractor and Green Appraiser in Chester County for 40 years, my mother has run her own Graphic Design business for the same duration and my brother has been a Real Estate Developer in Philadelphia for almost 20 years. It all runs in the family!


What do you do that sets you apart from other agents?

I love what I do, and most importantly, I see my work improving the lives of my clients.

Real estate is my lifestyle, not just my job.  I want to work in this industry until the day I hit the dirt, so I work every day and my priority is my clients and not my commission.

I have incredible energy and focus that backs my passions.

I feel a calling to uphold the ethics and integrity of my business, like a vigilantly security guard of real estate.  I don’t burn bridges and I lead by example.

I bring value that well surpasses simply being a representative in a transaction.  From my construction knowledge, to my eye for what buyers are looking for, to my love for where I work and who I work with; I was born for this life and I know it shows in my performance and in my client recommendations.
